SP Medifort Honoured with Three Personalized ‘My Stamps’ by India Post

Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala – SP Medifort Hospital, Kerala’s first JCI 8th Edition–accredited hospital, has been accorded a prestigious national recognition with the release of three personalized ‘My Stamps’ by India Post, celebrating the institution’s enduring commitment to medical excellence, innovation, and compassionate, patient-centric care.

The commemorative stamps were unveiled during a special ceremony held at the SP Medifort Hospital campus, marking a proud milestone in the hospital’s journey of service to the people of Kerala and beyond.

The three stamps commemorate:

Shri S. Pottivelu, Founder of SP Fort Healthcare – honouring his visionary leadership and lasting contribution to healthcare and society.

SP Medifort Hospital Building with the JCI Gold Seal – symbolising world-class infrastructure, global quality benchmarks, and clinical excellence.

Breast Cancer Awareness – reflecting SP Medifort’s patient-first philosophy, saluting the courage of cancer warriors, and reinforcing the importance of early detection and awareness, coinciding with World Cancer Awareness Day on November 7.

The commemorative stamps were formally presented by Chief Guest Shri Rahul R, IPoS, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Thiruvananthapuram North Division, to Dr. S. P. Asokan, Chairman & Managing Director, and Shri S. P. Subramonian, Joint Chairman & Managing Director, along with the hospital’s senior leadership and consultants including Dr. P. P. Nayar, Dr. Sasikumar N. P., Dr. Girish Menon, and Dr. Manorama Devi K. Rajan, and Executive Directors Dr. S. Aathithya, Dr. Athulya A. Bhagya, and Advaith A. Bala.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Rahul R remarked,
